Of course, this is due to everyone at that restaurant having to work so hard to make up for the people they lost. Not to mention since it's a fairly large company, there's policies and systems that aren't always the quickest to alleviate problems. Corporate red tape and whatnot.

I've actually gone though something very similar to what you're experiencing.
