Is he avoiding me/stopped calling because he IS overwhelmed? Or does his conscience know he's not been totally honest, and he fears contact with me gives me the chance to start asking questions? Or, was this truly a cop-out/ his "out" from the start? I think I made a huge mistake by being so strong and supportive. I have never cried or shown vulnerability [in front of him], or let him know how hurt I am. I think he thinks I AM OKAY with this and is taking advantage of my "understanding." Truth be told...I am a WRECK! But he doesn't know it! I know I need to confront him, and we need to talk. But do I go to him, or allow him to come to me with the truth? I can turn this around to men. I see plenty pursuing the slender sexy gal who always dresses in short skirts and heels, spends too much time in the beauty parlor, etc. Yet these guys wonder why "all women are psychos" or "all women are lying whores". The answer is they only pursue one type of woman and thus picked the type that ends up generally as shallow, spoiled, psycho, deceiving, etc.

I think it's far more rewarding to get to know a person in their natural environment. I occasionally dabble in OLD but I see it as people trying to make shortcuts rather than build a proper well rounded life.

whats happenin' ya'll? I have a dilema. there is a girl i know, she is great. Smart, Funny, cute, down to earth...I could go on. We have been friends for a while now. She had a boyfriend for a while and is now single, and has been for a few weeks now. I want to tell her how i feel about her, But i can't. She is a great friend...But unfortunately, Im not content with just a friendship. Shes everything I have ever wanted in a woman. including a great friend. Which i think is the basis for an excellent relationship. I want to tell her how i feel but i can't muster the courage to do so. Im not that great with the ladies. i have never had a serious relationship. I havent dated anyone in about 2 years. I'm always the "good friend" I hate that...but oh well eh? All my friends just say tell her, But im not sure what the consequences of my actions will be. and the last thing i want to do is make her feel uncomfortable. we talk almost everyday. as of late xhe has been calling and we end up at her place watching a movie and hanging out but never cuddling or anything... nothing like that. we sit on the same couch, and I cant help but look at her every 10 mins thorugh the movie and smile. I just want to grab her and hold her and watch the movie. I guess I got it really bad. But man, I can't help it. she makes me want to be a better man. what should I do? Just tell her?
