That being said, I think it should only be an issue if there is custody stuff or child support in question, as when the partnership has dissolved. Heres my problem; hes a good guy; and he will never admit it cuz of his modesty. Hes always ready to help and is of a caring and honest nature. The small town boy in him i guess. But he wont let go of his wife; and in a sense she understands what she has lost and is trying to get back into his good books. I think shes succeeding. He took her out to dinner and has been hanging around her repeatedly. Basically shes preying on his good side and putting up this whole "bad girl turned good" theme which me or our mutual friends are not buying into.

Ask her about her meds though before you make any decisions. Maybe she just needs a dose change, or maybe she hasn't been consistent with taking her meds. It might just take getting her on something new or getting her to regularly take her prescriptions.

If you do find the behavior and remarks exceptionally hurtful, I would consider proposing to end the relationship. After a really great 9 months, I understand that's the last thing you want to do....but the hurtful behavior will only get worse if you don't back up your protests with action. I'd strongly recommend tallking to him again, letting him know that you won't put u pwith that kind of behavior. If it persists after the talk, you take a break.
