I just merely stated that I didn't like him spending the afternoon (he used to from about 2pm and stay until 7ish when his daughter went to bed) I just said I didn't like him being around hers that long. He made the decision to stop that and made arrangements to have his daughter an extra day in the week for a whole afternoon which I'm fine with.
